Billy Louis Noel, Beloved Husband and Family Man, Remembered for Dedication

Florence - Billy Louis Noel, 92, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 31, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born in Gallatin County, Kentucky, to Ceaberry and Snowdie Noel, Billy served in the United States Army and dedicated over 40 years of his life to Erlanger Lumber. He was a devoted husband of 72 years to Sue Noel, a loving father to Karen Winebrenner and Keith Noel (Molly), and a proud grandfather and great-grandfather.

He will be remembered for his love of family, passion for home improvement projects, and fondness for University of Kentucky sports. With a heart full of love for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Billy leaves behind a legacy of warmth and care. He also enjoyed playing golf and supporting his favorite sports team.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, starting at 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. Billy will be laid to rest at Burlington Cemetery in Burlington, Kentucky.
